The land is located in Sahel-Alma 150m above sea level.The architectural concept adopted is to transform the old but in a contemporary way,respecting the context of the town.The design is based on pure lines with simple shapes,combined with the choices of materials and details to preserve an authentic feeling of living .The architectural alternatives provided for nature and comfort.The positioning of the building ensures a natural light to enter throught the windows ,that provides at the same time a panoramic view covering the bay of Jounieh.
